My women only, outdoor, small group classes are designed specifically to target the strength, fitness and mobility needs of women.
Participants will utilize a variety of provided resistance equipment, along with body weight exercises, to burn calories, build muscle, increase metabolism and burn fat.
All classes are capped at 10 participants. Bring your own fitness mat, towel and water.
